漁拓企業1978年創立於臺灣，初期以進口日本高級釣具市場為主，以及各國釣具代理批發零售業務。並於1985年於臺灣地區成立漁拓釣具，首創開放式釣具零售直營門市。
HR(HEARTY RISE)是由漁拓企業設廠自銷品牌，自1980年成立以來，堅持創造品質優良的釣竿。
自2011年起，HR哈帝萊斯因業務需求，進駐至漳州，擴大生產線，在穩固的基礎之下，提高生產流量，讓廣大的釣友有足夠及多元化的選擇，並且提供完善的售後服務，未來HR亦將繼續朝提升品質，發展新技術等重點方向努力，與漁拓企業同仁一起秉著‘誠信、創新、永續’的服務精神，踏實前進，使HR成為釣友心目中的第一品牌。
ETUOH was establioshed in 1976 in Taiwan;initially it wa focused on the import of hi-end Japanese fishing equipments from various countrie.in 1985,ETUOH Fishing Equipments and pioneered thr open fishing eqiopment retail and directly owned stores.
HR(HEARTY RISE) is the proprietary brand of ETUOH ;since its inception in 1980,we hace persisted in producing quality fishing roads.In termsy.Since 2011,due to sales requirements,HR Hearty Rise has entered Zhang Zhou and expanded our production line;with a soild foundation, we aim to increase production capacity,so that fishing enthusiasts will enjoy more diverse selection and comprehensive after sales services.
